SALVATION

WHAT IS SALVATION? HOW DO I BECOME SAVED?

We believe that salvation is a gift for all who hear, believe and respond affirmatively to the Gospel of Jesus Christ. Salvation is the complete acceptance of the finished works of Christ (death, burial and resurrection), the repentance of one's sins, and the confession of Christ as the Lord Jesus Christ as savior.

We believe that Salvation is only possible through the Son, Jesus Christ.

Our Statement of Faith:

Dear Heavenly Father,

I thank you for offering me the gift of eternal life.  I realize that I did not earn this gift of Salvation, but today I receive it. I no longer want to live for myself, but I want to live for you.  I confess with my mouth that you are my Lord and Savior.  I believe in my heart that you died for my sins on the cross and on the third day, you rose from the grave.  I receive you into my heart.  I thank you for forgiving me of my sins and making me whole.  Teach me to be more like you and to live for you each day.  In the name of Jesus.  Amen.
